Wilton Horse Trials will this year celebrate their 40th Anniversary and with it the exciting addition of a new BE100 class.
The popular Wiltshire event takes place on the weekend of the 30th and 31st of July 2016 by kind permission of the Earl of Pembroke and Trustees of the Wilton House Trust. Having been established in 1976 the Horse Trials has grown in popularity and reputation but until this year only hosted Novice and Intermediate classes.
Event Organiser Anthony Ffooks received feedback by many riders that they would like to compete at Wilton but felt that they would not reach Novice level, so this year will see the introduction of a new BE100 course. The track will follow a similar route to the Novice and Intermediate courses but will miss the steps and big drop however will still go through the “Mermaid/ Turtle” water.
Wilton is also delighted to announce that Whitehead Vizard Solicitors have agreed to be title sponsors for their 10th year. Anthony commented; “Their [Whitehead Vizard] continued support is invaluable. We also have a new website, created for the Anniversary which is up to date and far more informative and gives all sponsors, advertisers and trade stands a direct link to their own websites.
“Wilton are always looking for new sponsors and advertisers and all the necessary information is on our website http://ift.tt/1Kz6gqv.”
